The Advaita Meditation Center offers a variety of drop-in activities, and they provide easy ways to learn about our organization and pursue specific interests at the same time. Some activities are held weekly and others meet once a month. We’d love to know you are coming, so you may register ahead of time, but that is not necessary. There is a suggested donation of $10 for these events. Current offerings are listed below.
- Open Meditation: Open to all levels of experience.
- Ralph Waldo Emerson, Western Idealist: 7:00 pm. Reawaken your natural intelligence and enthusiasm for life by looking at the essays and speeches of America's preeminent philosopher, known as the Sage of Concord.
- Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth: Meets once a month, Saturday morning at 10 am. This reading group discussion focuses on Tolle's book, A New Earth.
- Yoga Sutra Study: This class looks in depth at the meaning of the words in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
