Advaita and Meditation
This advanced meditation course is open to those who have been initiated into mantra meditation, either through our center or another organization, including anyone whose practice has become less regular or satisfying. This series of classes offers opportunities to refresh and deepen practice while exploring meditation in the context of the Advaita philosophy. Course includes optional retreat time.
- Instructors are experienced meditators
- Class meets on Wednesdays, 7:00 to 9:30 pm
NOTE: Classes and events are open to those age 18 and over. Participants younger than 18 can attend classes and events if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
