Nonduality and Meditation II

FORMAT OF CLASS: This class will be remote.

Once you have registered, the Zoom link will be sent to you.

For those who have completed Nonduality and Meditation or its equivalent, this course offers a continued practical exploration of Advaita Vedanta, the philosophy of nonduality, as well as a deepening understanding and practice of meditation. Meditation and practical exercises lead students to a greater appreciation of our deepest Self as awareness that is not limited by the sensation, activity, and energies of body or mind. The course also considers the nature of action, agency, and true service, which opens a window to the application of nonduality in daily life. Those seeking a group with whom to share meditation and inquiry on an ongoing basis will find the course rewarding.

This Wednesday evening class runs from 7:00 to 9:00 pm for 10 weeks.

If you are interested in attending, please register and you will receive the necessary Zoom link.

NOTE: Classes and events are open to those age 18 and over. Participants younger than 18 can attend classes and events if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
