Advaita Meditation

We introduce participants to meditation in many forms, beginning with simple exercises to focus attention and expand awareness, and including reflection (resting silently with words of deep meaning) and mantra meditation. We emphasize mantra meditation (meditating on a silent, repeated sound), which is particularly simple and effective for most people. The deepest forms of Advaita meditation can lead to self-discovery and the experience of freedom and unity. We encourage you to try them all and decide which meditation is best for you.
